Each course will be given through the ZOOM videoconferencing system so each participant must have their own Internet connection and their own computer (with webcam and microphone).

This is the best solution to allow each participant to ask questions and write comments in the chat window.
We also support people connecting from the same conference room with appropriate equipment.
To avoid echo problems between the audio input and output, we recommend using headphones.

We will arrange a test connection a few days before the session starts to make sure everyone has a working setup.

Toradex Koan Training linux embedded and Yocto project

Reference board

The reference hardware board for this course will be the Toradex Colibri i.MX6DL with Aster carrier board. the same details are valid for every board from i.MX family.

System on Module

Toradex BSP 5.1

The Yocto project version is the one provided with Toradex BSP 5.1

While TorizonCore and the Reference Images are built on top of the BSP layers, they have fundamental differences.
This course focuses on the Toradex BSP Layers and Reference Images for Yocto Project.

NOTE: This course will focus only on BSP layers and Reference images and won’t cover TorizonCore.
